Forestry
Eucalyptus for the pulp industry, on long cycles with strong industrial demand and a tax exemption on forestry-priority soils.
We connect European investors with farmland, forestry and livestock land in Uruguay. Every property is screened on the ground, and the lease or operator structure is agreed before the purchase, so you never buy into an open situation.

We do not work from a catalogue. We start from your investor profile and bring you properties that fit your goals, ticket size and preferred structure, prepared so that the land works from day one.
Properties from a network of owners, operators and local partners built over 25 years, most of them never publicly listed.
Soil quality (CONEAT), water, access, title and economics are checked locally before a property reaches you.
The lease, the operator or a mix of both is agreed in advance and starts with the purchase contract.
Uruguay's land is used for forestry, cropping and livestock. Each has its own price level, income profile and buyers, and many properties combine all three.

Meet the full team in Uruguay ↗Usually from two sources: income from leasing or producing on the land, and the long-term value of the land itself. Which one weighs more depends on the model. We prepare the lease or operator structure before you sign, so income and responsibilities are clear from the start.
Yes. Private individuals can buy freehold land on the same terms as Uruguayans, and ownership is recorded in the national Property Registry. Companies need nominative shares. We coordinate the legal side with Uruguayan counsel and notaries.
The purchase contract is signed directly between you and the seller. Uruguay Land Invest is not the seller; we structure, coordinate and accompany the process until the deed.
No. The process is coordinated from Europe and executed by our partners in Uruguay. A site visit is often useful and we are happy to organise it, but it is not required.
Lease income, qualified forestry projects and a later sale are each treated differently in Uruguay, and your home country adds its own rules. We review this case by case with specialised tax advisers in Uruguay and in your country of residence. We do not give tax advice ourselves.
We receive a success-based fee only when a purchase is completed. There are no costs before that.
